Let's Work Out!
We love working out, and at the same time, we know that staying motivated and keeping our fitness routines interesting can be a challenge.
But lately, we’ve been inspired by the thousands of awesome workout videos that can be found online — they’re a great resource when you want to try something new, or if you want to get the kind of workout that comes with taking a fitness class, but can’t or don’t want to go to the gym.
We hand-picked some exercise videos that we think offer fantastic workouts and cover the three critical aspects of fitness: cardio, strength, and flexibility. Some are for beginners, and some are designed to really up the intensity, so we encourage you to watch a few minutes of these first to determine which ones are best for your fitness level and goals.
These are all routines that you can do at home, at the gym, in the park, or anywhere you can find a little space. No special equipment required! Just a positive attitude and willingness to try something new!
