We could all use healthy outlets for stress. That’s why from October 1 -31, we’re holding The LifeBalance Stress Less Contest. All you have to do is create your free account and/or log in to your LifeBalance account and you’ll be entered to win massages, getaways, yoga and fitness classes, meditation programs, theatre tickets, and more!

We’ll also address stress and healthy ways to reduce feelings of anxiety and tension all month long on our blog! Check each week for new posts on how stress impacts your mind and body, and what you can do to keep feelings of stress at bay.

Your name will be entered into the drawing each time you log in, so the more you sign in, the more chances you’ll have to win.

Please note that we are asking members to save/update their locations with us, as well, so that we can make sure winners get a prize that’s accessible to them!

We’ll be announcing winners each week beginning on October 9! Winners will be announced on our Facebook page, and notified via email, so follow us and keep an eye on your inbox during the contest!
