This month, we’re rolling out some improvements to help members quickly and easily access program savings! With improved search functionality and a slick checkout process on both desktop and mobile devices, the LifeBalance site will be even more user-friendly than ever.
As our mission is to connect members to life-enhancing experiences, it’s our hope that these changes will help members save on the purchases and experiences they love most!
Let’s look at what’s new:
Finding Savings Made Easy
Enhancements to search, map view, and gallery view make finding deals easier than ever!
Search: Front and Center
Our search bar is now prominently featured on every page of the site. Using the search, members can quickly find specific vendors and offers — and now, they can use this feature to perform searches of their current or saved locations.
An Enhanced Map Search
Our improved map search functionality will improve members’ ability to browse for local options.
We’ve added lists of search results next to the map itself that also show previews of each vendor’s discount information. Users can scroll through the list while viewing where each vendor is on the map. Clicking on a map pin expands the corresponding vendor’s information in the list of results.
We’ve also made filters more visible, and added the option for users to toggle between online deals and deals at brick-and-mortar locations.
While we’re now defaulting our searches to take users to a map of results, users can still view savings in “gallery” form. We’ve enhanced this feature as well, making filters more accessible, and giving users the option to quickly toggle between local savings and online deals.
Ticket Ordering, Streamlined
Who doesn’t love an easy online shopping experience? That’s why we’ve given our online shopping cart a makeover!
After adding tickets to their cart, users can now check out with just one click/tap. All purchasing info, including order details, is on one screen, making it easy for users to quickly review their order and make a purchase.
Delivery and Shipping Details
We’ve added more information to our cart to better help users understand whether tickets will be delivered physically or electronically, and when they can expect to receive them.
Timer and Notification
To help ensure everyone has access to more popular ticket items, we’ve also added a timer to our shopping cart. After adding tickets to their carts, users will have an hour to complete their purchase; thereafter, unpurchased tickets will be released for other users to buy. A timer in the cart, as well as a notification reminder that will appear 5 minutes before tickets are released, will make it clear to users how much time is left to complete their purchase.
Viewing Order History
We know that it’s important to our users to see the past orders they’ve placed on LifeBalanceProgram.com. That’s why we’re excited to launch our order history page! Going forward, any orders that users place on LifeBalanceProgram.com will immediately display on this page so that users can quickly and easily find their order information (orders with third-party vendors will not be included here).
